Best Probiotic for women! It has all the essentials for a healthy gut and female hormones. Its perfect for me as I dont have to buy multiple vitamins, this blends covers everything.

One of the best probiotics out there - but you have to be very careful with how powerful this is. Start off with a very small amount to begin with. From my own personal experience, if i have too much too soon I can get a very low mood. The upshot though, is that after a while my digestion and health has never been better.
