First time users can start with as little as 1/8th of a tespoon of PD Plus+, taken before bed in a glass of water or fruit juice.
From there, the quality can be slowly increased to suit the needs of the user.
Store in a cool dark place. After opening, can be refrigerated.
Organic Barley Grass Powder
1-3 teaspoons daily. Can be mixed with purified water, fruit juice or add it to your favourite smoothies!
Yucca Blend Fibre
Mix 2 level teaspoons (approx.10gm) twice daily stirred into a glass of water or juice upon arising and retiring or as directed.
Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
