UK Orders
FREE Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders shipping within the UK and over the value of £70. Orders shipping using the free delivery option are sent via DPD UK Next Day or via a similar Courier Service.
*Excludes public holidays
Orders within the UK are sent via DPD UK Next Day or similar Courier Service, depending on the weight and value of the order. Delivery is typically expected within 1-3 working days, although this timeframe is not guaranteed. Please note that DPD only attempts delivery once; if no one is available to receive the package, it may be redirected to a local pickup location for your convenience.
For deliveries DPD considered rural areas (Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and other remote or less accessible locations) please note that additional delivery fees may apply to help cover the increased shipping costs.
International Orders
Orders outwith the UK are sent via UPS Courier Service. Typical delivery times are 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days for the Rest of The World.
Please note that there may be customs fees to pay upon receiving your items, depending on your location's regulations.
EU & Republic of Ireland Orders
Due to Brexit, UK businesses are currently unable to ship to Ireland or the EU without meeting specific requirements. Rest assured, we are working hard behind the scenes to meet those requirements so we can resume shipping to Ireland and the EU.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when this will be ready. Get in touch to be added to our list.
Order Tracking
All of our postal services come with tracking.
Delivery Issues
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Within the UK
Items do sometimes go missing in the post but there are a few things we can suggest. Within the UK although delivery is usually between 1-3 days DPD do not deem a parcel lost until 10 working days have past, so there is a chance your parcel may still turn up.
The first thing we would suggest is getting in touch with DPD via your order tracking number and enquire if there are any parcels waiting for you to collect.
The second thing we would suggest is to wait a little longer. We would ask you to wait 10 working days and at that point we would be happy to send a replacement order to you.
Thirdly, if you are in a hurry to receive your order, you can place your order again then after the 10 working days have passed without your original parcel turning up we will happily fully refund you for your original order.
Outside the UK
Items do sometimes go missing in the post but there are a few things we can suggest. International shipping via UPS Courier Service. Typical delivery times are 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days for the Rest of The World. They do not deem an international parcel lost until 30 working days have past, so there is a chance your parcel may still turn up.
The first thing we would suggest is getting in touch with your local mail collection office and enquire if there are any parcels waiting for you to collect.
Secondly, if you are in a hurry to receive your order, you can place your order again and if the original parcel does turn up you can return this to us for a full refund.
**For orders outwith the UK we strongly recommend shipping with insurance as orders without insurance will not be covered against loss or damage.**
