Psyllium Husks, Rice Bran, Lemon & Lime Flavour (Maltodextrin, Natural Lemon & Lime flavour complexes, Silicon Dioxide, Natural Vitamin E), Cane Fibre, Barley Beta Glucan , Chia Flour, Konjac Root, Guar Gum, Lemon Flavour (natural), Sweetener (UltraSweet TM (Oligofructose, Xylitol, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Glycine, Steviol Glycosides (from Organic Stevia Leaf) , Silica Colloidal)), Liquorice Root, Butternut, Cascara Sagrada, Fennel, Goji Berry, Ginger, Peppermint, Slippery Elm.Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

May contain traces of wheat and tree nuts.
Directions
Mix 2 level teaspoons (approx. 5g) in a glass of water or juice and take as a beverage ½ hr before meals 1 – 3 times a day or as directed.
Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
