Prime directive is an amazing probiotic supplement. Ive bought this occasionally for many years to boost all my healthy bacteria. I now use prime directive almost every day. Usually a half teaspoon daily. I have polycystic kidney disease and my kidney function is only 14% so due to increased meds ive decided to have a continual daily dose. I add this to filtered water in the morning and I just feel how good it is for me every time I drink it.
