Directions

We got this two weeks ago, it is definitely having an impact on my partner's digestion, we are waiting to see how it develops in the coming weeks.
Not for me though - the sugar content (from the molasses I guess) is too high and I had adverse reactions from this, as I am very sensitive to sugars. This is one of the problems I am hoping probiotics might help a bit with, and sadly need to look elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone with sensitivity to sugars.
