I had been taking Turmeric for several months but then read an article when Curcumin came into stock and decided to switch. I almost instantly noticed the discomfort I had felt in my right hand when clutching my fist, had lessened. Not sure if this is a coincidence but I will continue to take Curcumin as it has certainly helped me.
