Description
Created to soothe your stomach and increase your fibre intake, G.S R is a supplement made from the perfect mix of soothing Slippery Elm Powder, yucca root, and Psyllium husks powder.
Generations have found slippery elm trees to be an effective remedy for soothing irritated tissues. The use of this plant dates back centuries, and it is still used today in Ontario by both First Nation people as well as settlers who suffer from sore muscles or skin ailments. G.S.R uses Slippery Elm Powder for its mucilage constituents to soothe the digestive tract as the supplement moves through your system.
Psyllium Husks are packed with fibre to aid your diet in keeping the bowels regular and cleansed, and at the right pH balance for healthy gut flora and function.
Psyllium husks can also help with issues such as constipation, IBS, or leaky gut. These husks contain Fructo-oligosaccharides (inulin), that does not produce fructose (fruit sugar), but rather acts as a Prebiotic, a non-digestible food source that stimulates the growth of friendly bacteria in the gut which in turn increases absorption of minerals.
Not only does it have this great ingredient list but also includes glucosamine sulphate along side glutamine for extra support when worn post-workout or after a hard day at work. This product will help keep those aches at bay while providing other key benefits such as increasing energy levels due its active ingredients being Glutamine.
Glutamine, an amino acid naturally produced by the body and well known for its role in maintaining barrier function of gut while glucosamine is a anti-inflammatory property.

Safe remedies posted it so fast.
Brilliant company.
I've been taking it for gut heath and the possible link to interrupted sleep. I have to say, I've noticed a marked difference in my sleep patterns since beginning it. Sleeping much more through the nights. I'm just taking half the dose in the evening before bed.
I've been buying this for my 71 year old mum for a year or two now. She finds it really helps with acid reflux (no more burning sensation) and soothing for her suspected stomach ulcer.
