Always have it in my cupboard and I take it daily from autumn to beginning of spring, or as soon as you feel you are getting sick. Must have!
Something to have in your cupboard for winter colds and even Covid.
I have used this product for a while and as others have said the powdered form means you can easily amend dosage as needed - for example when you go down with an infection. So I always like to have a pot in the cupboard
