Viridian High Potency Magnesium with B6 contains a blend of three absorbable forms of magnesium.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and normal muscle function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports electrolyte balance, the nervous system and normal psychological function.
B6 (pyridoxine) contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, reducing tiredness and fatigue as well as energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function and the functioning of the nervous system.
B6 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal homocysteine metabolism and red blood cell formation.
