If anyone who has fears about taking artificially manufactured HRT I can only say S.E.L.F. worked brilliantly for me as an alternative treatment. Having suffered every menopausal symptom in the book I dragged myself to the Doctor feeling seriously suicidal. He then put me on Prozac and HRT. Neither worked, if anything, I felt worse. My ‘alternative’ son-in-law suggested I take S.E.L.F. as he’d been taking Prime Directive and felt the benefits. I was a tad sceptical but sent off for it in desperation. You cannot imagine my relief when after only two weeks of taking S.E.L.F. my symptoms dramatically subsided and after a month was totally my old self.
