In recent years, Congestive Heart Failure has been on the rise among women, where the heart struggles to efficiently pump blood, leading to its accumulation in the lungs, legs, and other bodily fluids. Interestingly, the onset of Menopause at an early age, especially before 45 or the even rarer occurrence below 40, has been linked to an accelerated risk of developing cardiovascular disease. To promote and maintain good cardiovascular health, it’s essential to adhere to a few key practices: abstaining from smoking, engaging in regular physical activity, following a healthy diet, maintaining a proper weight, and ensuring adequate sleep.
