What methods can I use to order my products?
SafeRemedies.com does it's best to make it easy to place an order. You may do one of the following:

Please specify what product(s) you are ordering and where you would like your product(s) to be shipped. (Please note: That by sending a chequeor PO, your product may take slightly longer to arrive than the normal delivery time).

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by notifying us in writing. The notification should state your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been despatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the products to us at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered for a full refund/credit. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend you use a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer receive a refund if you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected. What guarantee do I have with my products?
We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products we will either replace them for you or offer a full refund. PLUS we will give you £5.00 off your next order. All products must be returned unopened (within 30 days) to the following address:

We also understand that speed is often of importance, which is why we guarantee that if you place your order before 1pm it will be dispatched that same day!

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused condition for refund which will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.

USA CUSTOMERS

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

My shipment has been lost or damaged, what do I do?
Lost Orders: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If your order has not been received within 14 days contact Customer Service on (+44) 1289 332888 or email info@saferemedies.com.

Please note lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss if you fail to do this.

Damaged Orders: If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

What do I do if I want to return my product?
We are proud of the quality of our products. As such, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery

We retain the right to request a return of the faulty goods with the consignment number on the outside of the box, by recorded delivery, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund along with any shipping costs incurred in sending the product back, will be given.
