shoots grown in the fertile soils of New Zealand. The young
shoots are air dried to retain their nutritional content
then chopped into a fine powder.
 Green Barley Grass has 5 times the vitamin C of oranges,
twice the calcium of cows milk and 5 times more iron than
spinach. After 10 years of research on over 300 green plants,
Japanese researcher Hagiwara stated, “The leaves of
the cereal grasses provide the nearest thing to the perfect

Alkalising Green Barley is at least 29% protein with the full range
of amino acids required for growth and maintenance of tissue.
